The walk through the vineyards continues directly into the cellars. Take the opportunity to meet local producers and visit the Canale Regional Wine Shop. A genuine experience to taste wines born from the same hills you have crossed and take home the truest flavors of our territory.
The tour will introduce you to the methods of winemaking and aging. You will be guided through the processing rooms and cellars to observe the stages of the production process up close. At the end of the tour, the experience continues in the dedicated tasting room, where the producer will lead you in a guided tasting of typical local wines, such as Roero Arneis and Nebbiolo. The technical and organoleptic characteristics of the different labels being tasted will be explained, and you will also have the opportunity to purchase bottles directly from the winery.
