The general conditions of this document regulate the relations between the Associazione Porté Disné, owner of the portedisne.it website, and the Users who intend to register for the event (hereinafter "User").

1 – Object of the service
Associazione Porté Disné provides registration service for the event.
By purchasing the registration, the User confirms that he has read the regulation, that he has understood it and that he has accepted the general conditions in full.
Associazione Porté Disné reserves the right, whenever it deems it necessary, to amend and/or supplement these regulations.

2 - Registration
In order to register for the event via the website portedisne.it, the User needs to register. Once registration is complete, the system will send an email confirming the registration.

3- Method of purchase
The payment can be made by credit card (or prepaid card) or bank transfer

4- Delivery method
After registering, the user will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address indicated, containing the ticket with the code to be presented on the day of the event.

5- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal and prohibition of cancellation of the purchase made
With the acceptance of these general conditions of supply of the service and with the positive conclusion of the purchase by the user, the user expressly recognizes, agrees and accepts that, in case of an event cancelled or postponed, the user must contact exclusively to the Associazione Porté Disné to request a refund of the price of the tickets purchased on the portedisne.it website.

6- Limitation of liability and rights of S4F, relating to events.
In conclusion, Associazione Porté Disné reserves the right to cancel any order whose payment was not correctly processed.
